Opis To miłe i emanujące ciepłem, słoneczne wino. W kieliszku zaskakuje nas już od samego początku bardzo nasyconą barwą. Aromat jest bardzo przekonujący i skoncentrowany. Dominuje w nim gęsta woń dojrzałego owocu czarnej porzeczki, jednak po chwili wyczuwamy również nuty imbiru i piżma, delikatnie muskających nos. Smak przekonuje treściwym czerwonym owocem, dobrze przyprawionym pieprzem, cynamonem i odrobiną goździków. Świetny kompan długich, zimowych wieczorów, sprawdzi się jednak na stole w każdej porze roku.

Winemaking Process The Shiraz grapes were fermented in small open fermenters. A batch of the Hunter shiraz was co-fermented with the white Viognier grape. The ferments were allowed to reach 24C before finishing the remainder of the ferment ...
