Our Solera is getting more and more complexity year after year. When we add the current vintage, the solera gains a new element without changing the style... This wine recalls the ancient times when the wine merchants would make wines having only one target : the pleasure. The 2011 bottling will be composed with 50% of 2010 along with 50% from all the vintages back to 1999

Opis Wino o rubinowym kolorze i złożonym, intensywnym bukiecie z nutami dojrzałych ciemnych owoców, czekolady i tytoniu. W ustach aromatyczne, strukturalne, z długim finiszem. Wino z pojedynczej winnicy; krzewy w wieku około 55 lat i gęstości nasadzenia 3 tys. szt. na hektar prowadzone są systemem Guyota. Naturalna wydajność winnicy wynosi 25 hektolitrów z hektara. Gleba typowa dla regionu, wapienna „Galestro”. Winogrona zbierane są w II dekadzie października. Fermentacja alkoholowa oraz jabłkowo - mlekowa są prowadzone w stalowych zbiornikach w kontrolowanej temperaturze. Wino dojrzewa 12 miesięcy w barriques. Azienda zlokalizowana w okolicach Panzano, w sercu prestiżowej strefy Chianti Classico. Winnice należące do posiadłości ... Obecny właściciel, Amerykanin Frank Grace, nabył posiadłość w roku 1995, a produkcję win pod własna marką rozpoczął po wybudowaniu nowoczesnej winiarni w roku 1999. Wysokie aspiracje właściciela zostały ukoronowane zdobyciem tytułu "Wschodzącej Winiarni Roku" wpływowego włoskiego przewodnika Gambero Rosso.

Opis General Data: Vineyard Tiareblù located at Ruttars in municipal administration of Dolegna del Collio Kind of ground: Marns and clays Grape: Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon Stocks per hectare: 5500 Growing: Cordon with rachets Vinification and refinement: Harvest by hand with collection in boxes, soft rasping followed by a fermentation at a controlled temperature of 23° on the skins for eighteen days. 18 months of Barrique maturation followed at a constant temperature of 16°. Once this period is over, final assembling and bottling are carried out and a further long period of bottle refinement follows. Tasting notes :Its colour is bright ...
